Clinic data: Name, address, phone number, email
Booking data: Pet name, owner name, phone number, appointment date and time
Usage data: Chat conversations with the AI booking agent

How We Use Your Data

Process and manage appointment bookings
Operate the AI chat agent (conversations are sent to OpenAI for processing)
Improve our services and user experience

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with:

OpenAI — to process booking conversations
Hosting provider — to operate the service
The relevant clinic — to manage your appointments

Your Rights

Under PDPL, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Contact us at hello@pawdoor.net.

Data Retention

We retain booking data for 12 months after the appointment date. Chat sessions are automatically deleted after 2 hours.
