Data We Collect

• Clinic data: Name, address, phone number, email
• Booking data: Pet name, owner name, phone number, appointment date and time
• Usage data: Chat conversations with the AI booking agent

How We Use Your Data

• Process and manage appointment bookings
• Operate the AI chat agent (conversations are sent to OpenAI for processing)
• Improve our services and user experience

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with:

• OpenAI — to process booking conversations
• Hosting provider — to operate the service
• The relevant clinic — to manage your appointments

Your Rights

Under PDPL, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Contact us at hello@pawdoor.net.

Data Retention

We retain booking data for 12 months after the appointment date. Chat sessions are automatically deleted after 2 hours.
